The event, themed “Advancing Inclusive Copyright Regime for Africa’s Benefit,” aims to advance awareness, dialogue, and practical solutions to strengthen Africa’s copyright ecosystem and collective management organizations (CMOs).
This timely webinar presents a dynamic platform where creators, policymakers, CMOs, academics, and other key stakeholders come together to explore inclusive copyright frameworks tailored to Africa’s unique needs. This talk will shed light on opportunities for harmonizing copyright standards through regional frameworks such as the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) to enhance cross-border creativity and innovation.
