ALL AFRICA IP SUMMIT

The annual Africa Intellectual Property (IP) summit has been evolving over the years. The summit formerly named “Africa Intellectual Property Rights End of Year Town Hall Meeting”, has become an annual gathering of Intellectual Property Practitioners, Government officials, Development Experts, different professionals, and stakeholders to discuss the issues that plague Africa’s development and to develop a working model for intellectual property to solve these issues.

These events brought together Africans and friends of Africa and have attracted over 1000 participants from various countries, including Cameroon, Egypt, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Uganda, France, United States, Namibia, United Arab Emirates, Zambia, Gambia, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, Canada, Côte d’Ivoire, Mauritius, Tunisia, Senegal, Ethiopia, Togo, Norway, Benin, Lesotho, and many others.
