Visa Information for the AAIPS 2025

All visitors to Dakar, Senegal, for the AAIPS 2025 must have valid entrance visas or visa waivers, depending on their nationality. Travelers from ECOWAS member nations and those with particular bilateral agreements with Senegal may be permitted from the visa requirement. It is extremely important to check your visa status before traveling.

Furthermore, all travelers entering Senegal must be immunized against Yellow Fever at least 10 days before arrival. If you have already been vaccinated, ensure to provide a proof of vaccination within the last ten years. 

 We also urge that travelers take malaria prevention medication, especially if they intend to visit rural areas. Please consult your healthcare physician for individualized advice and visit the World Health Organization’s website for additional health information.

Senegal was selected as the host country for the 6th edition of the All Africa IP Summit in 2025, following a vote by participants and delegates at the 5th edition of the Summit, which took place in Kigali, Rwanda, from 28th to 30th November 2024.
The Organising Committee believes that Dakar’s vibrant culture, innovation hubs, and strategic position in West Africa make it a pleasurable host City for this landmark event.
